I help you build a healthy, balanced relationship with food—so you can fuel your body, feel your best, and enjoy life without restrictive diets or cutting out entire food groups. Carbohydrates are not the enemy! Nutrition coaching so you understand the role of the macronutrients and how to best utilize them to achieve mental clarity, optimum performance and body composition. I also advise on supplementation to support your health and stage of life.
